 If after your consultation we decide to take your FERS Disability Retirement case and we are unsuccessful in getting you approved for your disability retirement, we will refund you the total amount (100%) of fees paid.  See our Services Agreement for full details.  

 We offer flat fee for FERS Disability Retirement cases with a 12-month payment plan or a discount for paying in full.  The cost will be discussed with you in detail during your free consultation.  

 For the convenience of our clients, we accept various forms of payment such as check, money order, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).  We also offer payment plans and financing options.  

 Our representatives will represent you through all three stages of the FERS Disability Retirement Process.

Stage 1:  Initial Review by OPM (the initial application process)

Stage 2: Reconsideration (when an initial application is denied)

Stage 3:  Merit Systems Protection Board (after a reconsideration is denied the application may appeal to the MSPB)
